When I was a kid in the late 70's/early 80's, my mother often would play records and tapes of music that was popular when she was a teenager. I heard a lot of music from Fabian, Dion & The Belmonts, and Freddie Cannon. But my favorite was the Everly Brothers. There is something about Phil and Don's harmonies that get me right in the feels. This is no more evident in any other song as it is in this 1958 hit.
