Was Clear Blue Sky a late-to-the-era heavy psych band or an early-to-the-era heavy prog band? It's hard to say, but they sure were heavy. This London-based band had some serious chops on their debut album, 1970's self-titled effort. It is amazing that they would go nineteen years before recording a follow-up.
