Tokyo Blade was another of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal(NWOBHM) bands that flourished in great numbers in the early 80's. Other NWOBHM bands to have been featured in this space include The Witch of Berkeley, Girlschool, Jaguar, Maineaxe, Tygers of Pan Tang, and Quartz. I'm sure more will follow for this type of heavy metal is still (probably) my favorite subgenre of heavy metal. Just so honest and refreshing thirty five years later.
