Blondie's albums often show up in Punk bins when I'm shopping local used record stores. This is probably due to being associated with other punk acts in their early days playing the likes of the CBGB. However, their music is decidedly different than punk. They were probably closer to post punk that any other genre, but also featured some reggae, rap, disco, and pop influences. In any case, they were always interesting to listen to. And to look at.
