Formed in Seville, Spain which is better known for flamenco music, the musicians who made up The Storm were much more impressed by the likes of Deep Purple than they were with the traditional music of their homeland. For a short while, though, when heavy rock was sweeping Europe, they received some support. However, by 1979, musical tastes had shifted and the band called it quits.
