As a young child, I remember leafing through some of my father's record collection. In addition to the Theleonius Monk and Nancy Wilson LPs, there was a cope of Ohio Player's Honey LP from 1975 that featured a naked woman in different poses with a whole lot of honey. The tamest photo was the album cover below.
I remember feeling kind of creeped out that my father owned a copy. That was enough to keep me away from listening to their music for thirty years! I finally did explore some of the band's material. Here is a funky single from the same year, but didn't make the album.
