You may not recognize this cover of the Doors' biggest hit, as it is a blues rock/psych instrumental scorcher version which was the title track of a largely forgotten album released in 1969. The band was pulled together from studio musicians of the day to capitalize on the psych rock scene. Still, you can't really tell if you listen to the music. And it sounds pretty good to me.
