When Tom Herman left Pere Ubu after the band's third album, he moved back to Erie, Pennsylvania and formed a new band with some local musicians. They quickly pulled together their post punk debut album, Long Walk Off a Short Pier, in 1982. It would be another four years before they released their second and last LP, A Warning to All Strangers. Here is a track off of their debut.
