Turn It Out by Death From Above 1979 (2004)

Death From Above 1979 is a Toronto-based duo, consisting of drums, bass/keyboards. When they first hit the scene in the early 2000's, their music sounded refreshing, perhaps a signal that rock music was making a somewhat commerical comeback. It wasn't really meant to be, though, and neither was Death From Above 1979. They would break up by 2005. The band would, however, reform almost ten year later for a f/up album. I sort of like it, but I like their first album a lot better. Here they are from that debut release, You're a Woman, I'm a Machine.
